Community Expo 2009
Who?
Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi is offering a special opportunity for local businesses like you to join us for a special One Day Open House we call Community Expo. In its 8th year running, the Community Expo is a once a year chance for local businesses to connect with students, staff and faculty. First opportunity for booth space is given to current SandDollar$ partners from the community. But hurry, after September 1, 2009, the expo will be opened up to all local businesses.
What

We calculate over 9000 students and over 1100 faculty and staff will be on campus the day of
the Community Expo.
When?
The Community Expo 2009 will take place Tuesday, September 15, 2009 from 11 am -1 pm during the fall semester and will be heavily promoted on campus.
Where?
The Community Expo will be held in the UC Ballroom on the first floor of the University Center. The University Center is the heart of campus where most students come for lunch and breaks throughout the day.

Why?
The Office of University Services is offering this opportunity to the community's local businesses as a way to bring valuable goods and services to the new and returning campus community. Since this is the first time many students have lived on their own, it is a great opportunity to establish your business as resource to potential customers for immediate or future needs.
How?
If you are interested, please fax the application and waiver to (361) 825-5925 or mail it to the address below. The event information is available to be printed at http://universityservices.tamucc.edu/images/Expo09/expo2009info.doc. Your booth is FREE, but we would appreciate if each business offers a giveaway ($25 approximate retail value) for Expo drawings throughout the event. Please submit your application early to insure space availability.
